Visit the Art Museum to see highlights of the University’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art collection in a new exhibition entitled Tradition and Transformation in contemporary Aboriginal Art.

Featuring works by some of Australia’s most celebrated Indigenous artists from the East Kimberley, Western Desert and Central Arnhem Land regions, the exhibition illustrates the dynamic development of visual arts practice in remote Aboriginal communities in the late 20th century.

Curators will be on hand to answer questions about the show and provide information about the Flinders art collections more broadly.
