In the whirlwind of our daily lives, we often give more thought to our evening's Netflix line up than contemplating our career paths. And when we do pause to consider our professional futures, we're often overwhelmed by a barrage of fears, questions, and doubts. Our 'Career Stories'—the narratives we've constructed about work, success, and our own potential—can sometimes limit our growth, our possibilities, and ultimately, our fulfilment.
Enrolments for April 2024 are now closed.
From an early age, we start to form beliefs and mindsets about our careers, what work means in our lives, our definitions of success, and our own potential and possibilities. Often, we navigate our professional journeys based on outdated "Career Stories" informed by advice, feedback, or ideas that no longer serve our best interests. These narratives can anchor us to paths that are misaligned with our current values and aspirations.
If you find yourself:
...then it's time to rewrite your ‘career story’ at the Your Fearless Career workshop!
"Your Fearless Career" workshop is not just another career advice session. It’s a chance to:
Don't let your Career Stories confine you. Join us to unlock your potential and redefine what success means to you. It's time to author a career that's not just successful, but uniquely yours – your fearless career.
Please note this event is targeted towards women.

Anna started her first business 14 years ago, when her firstborn was 6 weeks old. Her mission: to help women take charge of their lives and careers.
Over the next six years Anna worked with hundreds of women across all levels of organisational hierarchies, from recent graduates to CEOs. In 2014 her desire to take a more systemic approach to workplace inclusion saw Anna partner with her brother Diarmid at Leed Consulting.
Anna returned to the women’s development sphere in 2021 with the launch of Hacks for Her, which focuses on equipping women with the career navigation skills required to succeed in workplaces that, for the most part, are still designed for and by men.
