Adam is a collaborative leader who thrives on connecting people, ideas and action in complex program and project environments across the procurement lifecycle, achieving creative solutions to project challenges. He is also passionate on developing and growing procurement teams and personnel through a combination of reflective, theoretical, and on-the-job mentorship.
Simon Hasler

Simon has over 20 years of experience in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry extending across corporate development (M&A), business development and strategic advice.
He has successfully delivered business outcomes in Eastern Australia, Bangladesh, Central Asia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. A strong collaborative approach along with experience in stakeholder engagement and leading multi-disciplinary teams has contributed to this success.
Priya George

Priya is the CEO of NIMIS Cybersecurity, a Techstars backed company. NIMIS Cybersecurity is the next generation of penetration testing. NIMIS is an artificial intelligence-based penetration testing platform, currently for web applications.
Priya's team has delivered security services to Australian and US intelligence agencies, National Australia Bank, Australia and New Zealand bank, British Aerospace Electronic (BAE) Systems and technology companies.
Prior to NIMIS, Priya was the CEO of Necessary Security & National Cybersecurity Institute a security consulting company focused on security architecture and evaluating emerging cybersecurity technology products. Priya also co-founded an analytics and video software company that came out of two years of technology R&D as part of a motorsport business.
Morgan Whiffen

Morgan Whiffen is an early careers professional with a particular interest in helping graduates and transitioning professionals to connect and succeed in the rapidly evolving Technology space. Currently the Early Careers Technology Recruitment Lead at Accenture Australia, her experience working in the university and private sectors has given her a unique understanding of the emerging challenges facing new professionals, and the importance of fostering exceptional candidate experiences for graduates to thrive.
Lauren Rooney

Lauren is a Chartered Accountant in Nexia Edwards Marshall’s Business Consulting and Taxation division. Lauren has been on several secondments, where she has partaken in several roles, which include, working in management accounting, compliance, business analytics, budgets, forecasts, and independent consultancy.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership & Accounting/Finance) degree from Flinders University and is a Member of Chartered Accounting Australia and New Zealand.
Avalon Kay

Avalon Kay is a Senior Consultant in the Risk Consulting division at KPMG. She graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership and Accounting) and has since completed her Chartered Accountants (CA) qualification. Prior to starting with KPMG four years ago, Avalon worked as a bookkeeper for two businesses – a digital creative agency and a group of family-owned newsagents.

Liza Fahmida

Liza has been working at Bangladesh Bank (BB), the Central Bank of Bangladesh since 1999. Her current role is Deputy General Manager, and her core responsibilities include overseeing Policy and Monitoring sections. Prior, Liza was employed in the Department of Financial Institutions and Markets (DFIM). Her major tasks included monitoring compliances of the financial institutions by analyzing loan classifications, sector wise disbursements and governance issues. Prior to that, I worked in the Financial Stability Department (FSD) where the core responsibilities were to oversee the systemic risk in the banking sector of the country.
James Packham

James Packham directs a portfolio of businesses which specialize in sales and management for residential, commercial and retirement real estate. James is highly sought as a selling agent and auctioneer and holds respected industry awards from both Harcourts and the Real Estate Institute of South Australia. Harcourts Packham was recently awarded the Number 1 Franchise in Harcourts South Australia and in 2019, James was recognized as the Business Owner of the Year in Harcourts South Australia. He has completed degrees in Business and Economics from Flinders University and studied Operations Management at the Royal Military College (ADFA).
James is increasingly committed to his work in philanthropy and various projects within the community. In partnership with Toward Home Alliance, he has created Terra Firma, a state-first initiative providing a privately owned and operated homeless shelter. James is a Friend of Rotary, a supporter of the Harcourts Foundation which has gifted more than $4-million-dollars to charities in recent years, as well as contributing to several other community minded organizations.
Sarah Hampel

Sarah Hampel is a Leadership Coach and Mentor, and founder of Authentic Results Coaching. With over 25 years' experience in human resources and leadership roles with internationally recognised companies such as Cadbury Schweppes, Kraft, Pepsi, Lion, and BP, she has led and worked with leaders and managers across diverse business functions, industries and international geographies. Utilising her degree in psychology and sociology, backed by the latest in neuroscience and human behaviour-based methodologies, she coaches and mentors new & emerging leaders to accelerate their development, enhance their performance, increase their influence, boost their confidence, and intensify their impact so they can be seen, heard and trusted as authentic leaders.
Prabhat Mehla

Prabhat is a financial adviser in Perpetual’s South Australian office with more than seven years of experience in advising clients on how to grow their wealth and achieve their goals by providing holistic financial advice. Prabhat also specialises in working with Not-for-Profit organisations and Native Title Trusts by assisting them with building capacity around investment management and governance.
Prabhat graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Flinders University and is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
Matthew Wood

Matt Wood has a strong interest in Project Management in healthcare and is currently the Project Risk Manager for the new Women's and Children's Hospital, SA Health. Prior to this appointment Matt has held positions in the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist, new Royal Adelaide Hospital Project and SA Local Health Networks.
Matt completed the Flinders University Master of Health Administration in 2020 and is actively involved in the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
Emily Dally

Emily is a HR Advisor for Westpac Group. In her current role, she provides HR guidance to leaders and employees across Australia. She has three years of experience coaching leaders through challenging people issues, preparing them with the skills to manage a hybrid workforce. Emily is an experienced career adviser, working previously as a Career Transition Consultant and runs career readiness workshops for a variety of Social Enterprises across Victoria. In 2022 she was appointed to lead the Westpac's Groups Employee Action Group 'The Youth Network', and currently leads the continuous improvement initiatives stream for HR services at Westpac. Emily completed a Double Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and Bachelor of Health Sciences (Health Management) at Flinders University in 2019.
Emily Gard

Emily is a passionate problem solver with extensive business analysis and transformation experience, ranging from Submarines and Air Warfare Destroyers, to Environment and Health.
Working in cross disciplinary teams, leading requirements workshops, communicating with people from a range of backgrounds including executives, scientific professionals, and trades, translating between IT speak and English is a key skill.
Emily has been involved in all phases of software development from identifying improvement opportunities through implementation and acceptance testing.
Emily spent 2017 fulfilling a personal goal undertaking a 4,000 kilometre, solo, and unsupported cycling journey through Europe from Athens to Copenhagen, providing opportunities to exercise planning and problem-solving skills in new and exciting ways.
Anastasia Bougesis

Disasters have befallen regional Australia with terrifying ferocity and frequency in recent years, placing great strain on national disaster relief resources, but Anastasia Bougesis is an organiser who has thrived on the challenge. As Chief Development Officer of Disaster Relief Australia, Anastasia has played a pivotal role in growing the support organisation that was run by only two volunteers in 2016, to now have more than 50 paid and part-time positions.
Having graduated from Flinders University as a Paramedic and trained nurse, Anastasia has also been active on location for disaster relief work and continues to work part-time as a paramedic with the South Australian Ambulance Service.
In 2018, she led a team of Australian veterans on an international disaster relief mission to the British Virgin Islands following Hurricane Irma and was promoted to Mission Commander. Anastasia has been awarded three National Emergency Medals for her assistance in Tropical Cyclone Debbie, Black Summer bushfires and Far North Queensland floods, and she was recently deployed to Coraki in northern NSW for flood recovery efforts.
In 2022, Anastasia was awarded Flinders University Distinguished Alumni Award for her distinguished leadership in disaster relief, both as a volunteer and employee, bringing together a passion for emergency management, community service and women in leadership.
Kara Turner

Kara is a highly experienced energy professional with over 15 years in Resources and Energy projects. Kara is currently Senior Policy and Project Officer for Office of Hydrogen Power South Australia, developing policies to support the delivery of the $593M Hydrogen Jobs Plan Project, a world first project.
Kara has held broad project management, contract management and policy roles across the public and private sector, including 10 years at Santos and almost five years at the Department for Energy and Mining, across roles in remote area energy supply, clean energy transition and hydrogen.
Matt Woodrow
Matthew Woodrow is a senior business leader who brings fresh and progressive thinking, a passion for developing individual talent and building high performing teams, and an enviable ability to create sustainable organisational value.
Matt is currently employed by the Sarah Group, holding dual executive positions as Chief Operating Officer of Sarah Group Holdings and Chief Financial Officer of Sarah Constructions. Across Matt’s roles he is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the Sarah Family Office, Head Office support functions, and Commercial operations including reporting & compliance, financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, internal & external audit, risk & governance, legal, technology, PMO, shared services, treasury and investments. Matt is a member of each business unit executive, and co-ordinates all activities of the group board.
Matt has a broad set of formal qualifications, including a Master of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce. Furthermore, Matt is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course and has undertaken various relevant subjects within the Construction Law Master’s at Melbourne University. Matt has also attended the Harvard Business School in Boston and INSEAD in Singapore completing courses on Innovation and Leadership.
In 2019 Matt was recognized for his contribution to the property and construction industry, being named Young Property Professional of the Year (SA). In the same year Matt was also shortlisted as a finalist for the Future Leader of the Year (Australia).
Sarah Randall-Smith

Sarah is the Industry Project Coordinator at the College of Business, Government and Law at Flinders University. The Industry Project consultancy model involves students applying the knowledge they have acquired throughout their degree, to provide evidence supported solutions that can be implemented immediately. She is also an ICF accredited coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), and Founder of MindFuel Coaching, an organisation focused on helping individuals develop positive habits, master their mindset and optimise their productivity. Sarah graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), a Bachelor of Arts, and first-class Honours in Business.
Jerusa Dal Moro Ferreira

Jerusa has a bachelor degree of International Business at UP - Brazil, and completed a Masters of Business - International Business at Flinders University in 2019, in Australia. She worked with international business development at the International Business Centre for the Federation of Industries in Mato Grosso State; managed her own business for 5 years in Sao Paulo, when she moved with her family to Australia. Currently, she lives in Adelaide and works within Finance and Mortgage.
