At Flinders Open Days  - visit our Health precinct on the second level of the Flinders Hub – where there is an information booth, giving you the opportunity to discuss your study and career options with our academic team.  

We also have a range of amazing activities to see – from the Anatomage table, which allows you to virtually see and dissect anatomy, to putting your knee-jerk reaction and grip strength to the test, perhaps testing your Public Health knowledge with our quiz or head outside to visit our fully equipped training ambulance.

Pathways to medicine

This session gives an overview of the pathways available for entry into the Flinders postgraduate medical program (MD). Presented by the very academic staff who coordinate and teach into the MD, you will be given current and up to date information on the many varied paths that students can take to enter the MD.

Medicine

Here you will learn from the medical program (MD) team about how to gain admission to our post-graduate medical program, what the four-year course will look like and the opportunities that exist at Flinders, not only in Adelaide but across the Australian Central Corridor from rural South Australia through to remote locations in the Northern Territory.

Paramedicine

When the unthinkable happens, be the person who makes an impact. Understand what needs to be done in an emergency and get the training to do it through the Flinders Paramedicine Program. Hear why a Flinders Bachelor of Paramedic Science degree will give you the chance to not only change lives, but save lives.

Public Health
