How will law change in the coming years and decades? Law is constantly changing to reflect a dynamic social, political, and technological context. Researchers in Law and Socio-Legal Studies examine existing legal and regulatory frameworks to address the legal innovations that are needed for our future society. Our research group includes staff with decades of research experience as well as some who are in their early years of research. Particular strengths include:
Flinders Law is keen to support domestic and international collaboration and create partnerships with visiting academics in Law and Socio-Legal Studies. Academics from outside Australia who are planning to take sabbatical leave are invited to apply for the honorary position of Visiting Scholar.
