Welcome to the College of Medicine & Public Health (CMPH) Mentoring Scheme.
CMPH fosters the development of its staff and students through mentoring programs. These voluntary programs facilitate the transfer of personal and professional knowledge of an experienced person (mentor) to a less experienced staff member or student (mentee) to assist in the development of the mentee.
We welcome participation by researchers and teaching specialists from all career stages (from the most junior to senior levels), rural and remote areas, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and people of any diverse backgrounds.
It’s no accident that mentoring relationships have been around for centuries; they can have enormous benefits for everyone involved.
The CMPH Mentoring program is led by Dr Kate Fairweather and committee, and supported by FHMRI RDS.
