Dr Zuby Osman

Zuby Osman is a leadership educator, certified global Emotional Intelligence (EQ) coach, and internationally accredited Enneagram practitioner and trainer. With over two decades of distinguished service in financial services, education, and leadership development, she currently serves as the Country Director for EQ World Australia, where she champions the integration of emotional intelligence into leadership and organisational performance.

Zuby is also the founder and principal consultant of A2Z Learning Partners, a boutique consultancy that designs and delivers strategic learning solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. Through A2Z, she partners with financial institutions, academic bodies, and industry leaders to deliver leadership development, executive coaching, and workforce transformation initiatives. As part of her consultancy services, she serves as the lead content developer and market specialist for Kaplan Professional (Australia), contributing to the design and delivery of Singapore’s Professional Ethics, Culture and Conduct course and a suite of industry-aligned programs for the financial services sector.

She also lectures on MBA and undergraduate programmes at Flinders University’s College of Business, Government and Law, where she integrates academic theory with real-world application to prepare future-ready business professionals. During her tenure as vice president and head of distribution training at Great Eastern Life Singapore, Zuby led a high-performing team that secured the Insurance Asia “Education Insurance Initiative of the Year” award in both 2022 and 2023. She was also the first corporate training head in Asia to be certified as a Chartered Insurance Agency Manager, a recognition of her pioneering contributions to L&D in the financial advisory space. Certified at the IBF Advanced level, Zuby is a recognised expert in capability development, leadership, and client-centric advisory excellence.

She is a sought-after speaker with Adviser Playschool, presenting across Asia on topics including soft skills, leadership, emotional intelligence, mental wellness, resilience, and financial planning. Beyond her professional achievements, Zuby is driven by a strong purpose to serve.

She has dedicated over 20 years as a volunteer with Make-A-Wish Singapore, and was awarded a long-service recognition by the National Council of Social Services for her contributions to community well-being. Her “pay it forward” philosophy has also seen her mentor and coach emerging professionals into high-impact leadership roles across the region.
