I am a laboratory operations and risk management professional with extensive experience in cross-disciplinary teams leadership, quality systems, research integrity and delivery of post- and undergraduate lectures in Food Analysis, Food Safety & Quality Management, Food Chemistry, Food Product Development and Nutritional Biochemistry, supporting the development of the next generation of scientific professionals.
