Dr Praveen Krishna has a background in biomechanics and human movement science. After completing his Bachelors degree (Hons) in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Auckland, Praveen worked as a Research Assistant with the University of Melbourne for a year prior to beginning his PhD in biomechanics. His research has spanned various aspects of biomedical engineering, including the rapid design of orthopaedic implants, investigations into age-related changes to movement patterns, and more recently, the development and testing of 3D-printable medical devices. Praveen has expertise in musculoskeletal modelling, observational cohort studies, and the testing of medical devices.
