Pia Grimm is a Certified Human Resources professional (CPHR) with over 20 years’ experience spanning diverse industries, bringing a rich blend of generalist and specialist HR expertise.

Currently serving as the Senior Learning and Development Consultant in the Organisational Development and Diversity team, Pia works collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify current and future capability requirements, and strategically align learning opportunities to build capability and foster growth across the organisation. Her passion for helping individuals and teams thrive is reflected in her extensive qualifications, including certifications in organisational coaching (Level 2), Prosci Change Management, Hogan Assessments, and the Leadership Circle Profile.

Driven by a deep interest in human behaviour and development, she is currently studying Psychology to further enhance her impact in the field of people and culture.
