Key responsibilities
- Provide technical services and support to staff, particularly in relation to blended and/or online teaching and learning.
- Participate in the planning of ICT related projects, particularly in relation to online learning
- Engage with staff to improve quality of online content, through established practices
- Contribute positively to online learning activity across the University.
- Provide one-on-one and small group training for staff, including advice on design and presentation, with a particular focus on FLO (Flinders Learning Online).
