Jolene is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Discipline Lead of Nutrition and Dietetics within the College of Health and Enablement. Her teaching focus is in the area of nutrition research and clinical dietetics, having worked for a number of years in the clinical setting. Jolene is passionate about ensuring that dietetic graduates are work-force ready and can adapt to the changing workforce landscape. Jolene's research interest is healthy ageing and nutrition in aged care, with a vision to improve the nutritional health and quality of life of older adults through access to enjoyable and nourishing food.
