Jeph is a Senior Librarian (Research Engagement) at Flinders University. He supports researchers across the research lifecycle, including publishing, open access, research profiles, metrics, research data management, and systematic and advanced review methodologies. His work focuses on helping researchers navigate scholarly communication tools—such as ORCID, ResearchNow, and platforms like Scopus—to strengthen the visibility, impact, and integrity of their research and online presence.

Professional engagement

Jeph is an active member of the Australasia Evidence-Based Practice Librarians' Institute (AEBPLI) tutor group, contributing to the development and delivery of teaching modules focused on advanced searching and evidence‑based practice. He works collaboratively with colleagues across Australia, New Zealand, and the US, supporting module planning, content development, and online teaching design. His involvement includes co‑developing module materials, participating in tutor meetings, and contributing to discussions on effective teaching approaches for complex search strategies.
