Working with kids is one of my occupational intentions, so I spend a lot of my time at the Family Weekends Organisation to play with kids in the school yard. My fellow students helped motivate each other to get the best results. Every Friday, professors open a Zoom meeting for students to share and discuss our practical learning experiences.
We are really encouraged to participate in active virtual learning by professors, and are supported by librarians and the Student Learning Support Services (SLSS). There's also a Speech Pathology student forum that is really helpful – you can get advice about Flinders and this course in particular.
Outside of studying I enjoy doing acrylic painting, it helps me relax and renew my energy. I am also passionate about active sports such as badminton and swimming.
