This innovative program will be facilitated by founding members of the original Redesigning Care Team, Flinders Medical Centre. The facilitators have been applying lean principles in health care since 2003 and are experts in process redesign. They are well knownthroughout Australia for their ground-breaking work.

People, including clinicians and managers, working within the health, aged care and or disability care industries and interested in applying practical skills to process improvement in their workplace.
Expect a rich, interactive learning environment lead by a dynamic team. Participants will explore using practical skills that apply to problem solving in the workplace including lean thinking and design thinking.

There is a required written assessment, and participation is expected by all.
You will also be awarded an official grade, which you may be able to use as credit when applying for Flinders University courses.Those who attend will receive a certificate of participation and members of ACHSM will receive 30 Maintenance of Credential (MOC) points.
