Kim is a former Managing Partner with PwC and also led their Governance and Risk Consulting practice in Adelaide for over 20 years.  He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors as well as a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Kim has a number of Board roles including Chair of the SA Museum, Chair of Alwyndor Aged Care and on the Advisory Board for the SARAH Group.  He is also the Chair of the Warriparinga Advisory Team that supports Southern Cultural Immersion (a Kaurna owned business managing the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre).

Kim led PwC's reconciliation initiatives for over 10 years and, in that time, PwC achieved an Elevate RAP program with Reconciliation Australia.  He was appointed by the Governor as an Ambassador for Aboriginal Employment and was recognised as a Distinguished Alumni by Flinders University for his contribution to business and reconciliation.

Alicia Genet is the General Counsel at Fleet Space Technologies, Australia’s leading space company, based in South Australia.

As an experienced ESG and resources sector executive, Alicia has a background in corporate law and 20 years of experience working in private sector legal, strategic and external engagement roles.

Alicia’s experience provides a strong foundation for her insights into effective ESG frameworks including practical governance and risk management, climate change and sustainability. Alicia’s interests include climate transition action planning and the role of technology and connectivity in achieving global sustainability goals.

In her spare time Alicia is the Deputy Chair of the Committee for Adelaide and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Leaders Institute of SA Inc. She is an accredited mediator, experienced mentor, mum, red wine devotee, amateur green-thumb and avid reader.

Ben Owen joined RAA in January 2023 as their Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and General Manager Home & Energy. He is passionate about making a difference for RAA members by working closely with executives and their teams to drive RAA's strategy, innovation and next growth business of Home and Energy.

With nearly 20 years' experience in senior leadership roles across the financial services sector, Ben has a successful track record in formulating, developing, and executing enterprise-wide strategy, business planning, innovation, and transformation. He has led scale teams across some of Australia's largest banks and, prior to joining RAA, Ben was State General Manager, Consumer and Business Banking at BankSA and Westpac SA & NT. 

David brings over 25 years’ experience in eCommerce and Technology Management, in businesses as diverse as defence, retail, high technology, resources, telecommunications, and financial services.

He has held a variety of general management and director roles managing functions including technology, digital and user experience, behavioural science, customer service, consultancy, product management, security, and commercial. David is a self-confessed lifelong learner, with qualifications including a Bachelor of Business, MBA, CISM, CGEIT, PROSCI, NNG UX, Interaction Design, Design Thinking, Agile, and a Diploma of Project Mgmt.

Shaun de Bruyn is the CEO of the Tourism Industry Council of South Australia (TiCSA) and a dedicated industry advocate, with over 20 years of experience in delivering strong outcomes across the leisure, tourism, and travel industries of South Australia.

Shaun’s background is wide and varied, having worked in areas of relationship management, business planning, destination and experience development, marketing and distribution, government engagement and strategic management. 

Bruce Speirs has held several executive roles with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank since 2004 and currently serves as the Bank's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Bruce had over nine years at Ernst & Young, in audit and transaction advisory across Australia, the UK, and the US.

In addition to his professional roles at Bendigo & Adelaide Bank, Bruce is a current member of Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority Board, a previous Chair of Windmill Theatre and Director of FoodBank South Australia. 

Bruce holds Bachelor of Commerce from Flinders University, a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Matt Lang is the Chief Operations Officer at G’day Group, Australia’s largest regional accommodation provider with more than 300 properties around the country.

With more than two decades’ experience in senior finance, commercial and operations roles across tourism, aviation, defence and professional services, Matt is a highly credentialed and commercially oriented leader with a demonstrated ability to manage high performing teams and drive change in large and complex business environments.

Matt joined G’day Group in 2017, as Chief Financial Officer, and became Chief Operations Officer in 2020. He has been responsible for leading the company’s multi-disciplinary Finance and Operations teams during a period of significant business growth that has seen G’day Group establish itself as Australia’s leading regional tourism company. As Chief Operations Officer, Matt has overseen significant advancements in customer experience and operations management across G’day Group’s network of more than 85 owned and operated holiday parks and resorts. Additionally, he has led the implementation and development of the Group’s travel trade function and is responsible for its workforce accommodation business, Discovery Workstay, delivering record revenue growth.

A Chartered Accountant for more than 30 years, in 2022 Matt was awarded Fellowship by Chartered Accountants and Australia and New Zealand for his outstanding career achievements and contributions to the profession. Matt completed his MBA through UNSW in 2008 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also spent more than eight years on the board Guide Dogs SA/NT.

Frank Weits is a purpose-driven and commercially minded executive with 25 years of experience across aged care, professional services, and the community sectors in Australia and Europe.

Over the past seven years, Frank has led ACH Group as CEO and AnglicareSA's Aged Care Services division as Executive General Manager through a period of profound change, including the Aged Care Royal Commission, subsequent reform agenda, and the challenges of Covid-19. He believes strong leadership and a willingness to innovate are pivotal to organisational success during uncertain times, and he has consistently demonstrated this by building high-performing teams and delivering transformational initiatives with lasting impact.

Beyond his executive roles, Frank actively contributes to the wider community, serving as an Honorary Consul and as a Board and Advisory member with several organisations.
