As we prepare to move into our exciting New City Campus, we will be vacating from our Victoria Square location. Floors will progressively close from October as activities wind down and to help minimise disruption to teaching activities wherever possible.
Floors will be closed in line with the dates below, and no access to closed floors will be available after these dates. It's important to ensure any items that may be stored at Victoria Square are collected prior to the closing dates.

Flinders at Victoria Square has a range of rooms available to staff and students to book events, meetings, workshops, conferences and more.
Level 1 - Level 1 – 5 rooms of varying sizes all equipped with AV and/or PC’s.
Level 2 - 3 rooms which can be used individually or combined depending on the number of expected attendees. Equipped with full AV facilities and access to kitchenette, these rooms are ideal for workshops, seminars and small lectures/presentations.
Level 6 - 1 room equipped with AV facilities and access to kitchenette, this room is ideal for small workshops, seminars, lectures/presentations.
Level 10 - 3 rooms which can be used individually or combined depending on the number of expected attendees. Equipped with full AV facilities and access to kitchenette, these rooms are ideal for workshops, seminars and small lectures/presentations.
Level 11 - 2 separate boardrooms which can be used individually or combined for larger meetings, lunches or corporate functions.

If you are a FUSA club representative please complete the FUSA event/stall/activity form. If your event is endorsed by FUSA the booking FUSA the booking request will be submitted on your behalf by their team.
