The building is accessible between 7.45am to 6pm Monday to Friday via Flinders Street or Victoria Square. Internal autodoors on levels 1, 2 and 10 are accessible between 8am and 9pm (no swipe card required during normal opening hours).
Staff: the building is accessible via swipe card (from Victoria Square side entrance) between 6am to 9pm.

Flinders students have general access to the building as per times above. For after hours access (including weekends) for scheduled classes or intensives please contact your College support officer or lecturer. Flinders staff can access the building, including levels 1, 2, 6, 10 and 11 weekdays between 6am to 9pm. Staff can access the building outside of these hours including weekends but must have additional access added to your staff ID card (note: before 8am and after 6pm a swipe card is required to gain access to the building). To arrange access on your staff ID card please raise a Service One request. This must be arranged prior to entry.
Level 11 Flexibility Centre is accessible via swipe card only. To arrange access on your staff ID card please raise a Service One request.
For boardroom bookings, automatic doors will be programmed to open for the duration of your meeting or event.

As there are no Customer Service team members on site during the weekend staff and students need to ensure their card had been programmed.

To exit from level 1, 2, 6, 10 and 11 or the building use the push buttons or free handle out at the designated exits.
There are digital lockers available for short-term storage and charging laptops on levels 2 and 10. Lockers are emptied every Friday at 9pm and any items recovered at this time will be moved to lost property. Food items will be disposed of.

The prayer room is on level 6, room 6.10. It is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm and most Saturdays 10am to 10pm.

Student kitchens are located on levels 1, 2, 6 and 10 and are fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, instant boiling and chilled filtered water. Limited cutlery and crockery is also available.
Please ensure any used or dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher provided.
Internal phones are located in student areas on levels 1, 2 and 10. You can make internal calls to any Flinders number using the last 5 digits. For example, the Customer Service number is 7421 9406 so you would dial x19406.
The snack and drink vending machine is located on level 10. Customer Service team members are not able to provide change for these.
