If your direct application to study at Flinders University Academy is successful, you will receive an Offer of Admission to a course at Flinders Academy. Your offer will be emailed to you. You can also view it in our International Application System if you applied yourself, or your agent will have a copy if you applied via an agent.
If you have applied to a Flinders University undergraduate degree and not met direct entry requirements, you will be offered a place at Flinders University Academy. This enables you to meet English or academic requirements for your undergraduate degree. Your Flinders University Academy offer is your pathway to your destination degree and is tailored to get you to where you want to go.
To accept your Offer of Admission, you need to indicate this through our International Application System. Please ensure you upload your signed Acceptance Form along with any other documents requested as part of your offer. Failure to attach all the relevant information may result in a delay in processing your acceptance.
Some courses may require you to accept your offer by a deadline and this information will be confirmed in your offer letter.
The Flinders International Admissions team will review these documents and advise of any further required documentation.

If you will be under 18 when you arrive in Australia, you must have approved accommodation and welfare arrangements in place before your student visa will be granted. There are two options for approving accommodation and welfare arrangements
1. Arrangements approved by the relevant Australian Government department
The accommodation and welfare arrangements must not begin more than two weeks before your course commencement date and must stay in place for the duration of your visa, or until your 18th birthday. You may choose to continue the arrangements after you turn 18, however this is not a requirement of your student visa.
Flinders current approved welfare and support provider is ISA.
Flinders current approved homestay provider is Australian Homestay Network (AHN).
Once your payment has been processed, we will issue you with a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
You must have a CoE to apply for a visa.
If you do not provide a complete visa application including your CoE, OSHC Verification Letter, a detailed statement of purpose and other required documentation at time of lodgement it may result in your visa application being delayed or refused.
Visit the Department of Immigration and Border Protection's Visa Finder to find the Australian visa most likely to meet your specific circumstances. To lodge a complete application for prompt assessment, please refer to the visa application information page.
An education agent may help you prepare a student visa application.
